There is NO DIRECT SHIPPING to this event. 

All shipments must be consigned to Hargrove and shipped to the advance warehouse.  If your materials cannot arrive at the advance warehouse on or before Tuesday, August 20, contact Hargrove Exhibitor Services at 301.306.4627 or exhibitorservices@hargroveinc.com.  Shipments sent directly to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta may be refused and will be subject to material handling fees plus a 50% surcharge.

NOTE: Overtime rates will apply Friday after 4:30 PM and all hours Saturday.  All exhibits must be complete by Saturday at 11:00 AM.

NOTE: Show hours subject to minor changes until program is finalized.

NOTE:  Exhibits and personnel are to remain on the floor until the end of the show. Anyone dismantling or packing booth material prior to the end of the show will be fined $1,000 and will not be allowed to exhibit the following year.  NACHC can no longer make exceptions.
